The Chance Web platform is conceived to:

• improve knowledge and competences in the EU WATER  policies  and in preserving the environment
• learn about water policies which can not be dealt with at member state level
• access to Frequently Asked Questions and improve public information and consultation of all water stakeholders
• learn EU Strategies against pollution of water and to prevent and control pollution of groundwater
• learn from a Database System, Water Case studies, "good practices" and links on technical adaptation to the EU Directives ( the EU water acquis)
• find regional and national partners  or technical expert in managing  EU water policies and measures in the EU and candidate countries
